"What to say, the area consists exclusively of the university and companies that are then usually start up of the university itself, zero restaurants... or at least we did not find it, so at lunch this was the only alternative with at least some table to sit and talk about business, some sandwiches, some cold dish typically salads, some desserts, and drinks, a kind of our bakery with tables, very cheap menus, quality... just enough, delicious bread! You save the espresso coffee and the courtesy of those who work and keep everything very clean and functional!"
