"My favorite McDonald's in Sacramento easily! Very quick service, friendly staff they hardly mess up on my orders. I've even seen the manager leave to go get fans for her crew because it was too hot on the inside. My only complaint would be the homeless people that hang around the building sometimes come inside the restaurant. Other than that, favorite location!"

"This particular day, the customer service was horrible. It was a huge disappointment. It took my entire lunch to get an order that I pre-order online to be ready at 11:35am. The order was for a single salad. I didn't receive my order til 12:30pm. When I contacted customer service, they gave me a lousy $10 credit on my account for an order that was over $20 and took my entire lunch to get. I hadn't been to Panera in a while, so it was kind of a splurge for lunch that day. It used to be that I would get Panera 2-3 times a week for lunch, but not after that experience."

"I came here for door dash. The queue was so long and I went inside for pick up the food. The staff was so rude and the lady she was screaming at me GO TO DRIVE THRU, GO TO DRIVE THRU. She continue screaming and very rude and said one Sentence GO TO DRIVE THRU."

"On April 4th at 12:20 am, I was at McDonald 's on Truxel Rod and stood in a long line at its drive-thru to take my order. When I reached the window, the person taking orders on the mic did not give me the order. There was no other vehicle behind me. Still, she kept saying, Circle around again and I will give you the order. She behaved badly with me. She doesn 't like Indians. She hates the skin of Indians. She did not give me the order even after requesting me. So, I had to cancel the order."

"We decided to check out this restaurant on a whim while we were stranded in Sacramento for the night because of the weather. Based on what others had said, the food was described as decent, but the ambiance stood out. I would agree with that assessment. While I wasn't blown away by our drinks or meals, they were definitely passable."

"Most of the dine in fast food restaurants have raised their prices while cutting back on their product. Not so at Firehouse subs. They serve up their sandwiches with plenty of meats cheese and veggies. Try the pulled pork and slaw."

"The food is good. The service is great. I would say the only thing that I feel like needs improvement is the time when it comes to fulfilling orders and the amount of staff it takes to do those things. It took me 20 minutes to give an order that was being packaged. I understand that there are bigger orders that are being packaged, but a simple meal is not acceptable"

"Joe's Crab Shack was a pleasant surprise. After looking at the disappointed Yelp reviews, we decided not to eat here. But on the last day of our family trip, we got off the city cruise right next to Joe's Crab Shack. We tried Joe's because we were hungry and didn't want to walk long to get food. It was 2:30 pm when we walked in, and there were only a few customers. We ordered the Blackened fish tacos, the salmon, and the Shrimp and Seafood ensemble. The food was great, especially the Tacos, and the atmosphere and service were top-notch. Would recommend."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. This was the absolute worst bbqi have ever tasted. The meat was dry and rubbery, the sides lacked seasoning and they were out of chicken. How are you out of chicken in the middle of the day? I was so disgusted, I threw it away. Do not waste your money or time eating here!"
