"The first time here, and that was eating beyond our expectations. we had chicken sandwiches with baked beans and potato salad and a side of the blackberry bull. they have the recipes. Bbq sauce was on top. def had not expected this to taste so good and so familiar. I just want to go in there and give everyone a hug, taste like a family bbq lol."

"This location cancelled a GrubHub order placed in the middle of the afternoon. At the time I assumed their comment on being out of potatoes was an honest (though poorly managed) supply chain issue. Now I go to the store and find that they say they are out when they don't want to make anymore. Employee says k could have called ahead, but having to call ahead for a standard menu item at a quick service place is ludicrous. Not to mention they have also turned off all signs of being opened well ahead of closing time. All together I think this location doesn't care much for serving their customers."
