"Love the ice cream and pretzels. The service was slow. They had a gal at the walk up window and a gal at the counter, and other people in the background but no helper to get the orders ready. So the person taking your order also goes and gathers your items. I waited quite a long time for my order. It was worth it, and I'm sure they know that. I really do like their food, just slow service."

"We go to Haywood every Tuesday night and we love it. The food and drinks are great, but the real star; in our opinion, the bartender is Lauren. She has a great personality, is fun, gives quick and friendly service and keeps us back! We love her! I couldn't imagine my Tuesday nights without them."
