"After a long 4-hour drive from the bottom of the oh after several flights in this week, I decided to take a bite at bw because it is next to my hotel for work in novi, mi. my first time at this place, I am on a training trip from ca. I was relieved to find that novi contributes a bww near because I trusted with him to place in the opposite one unique in the opposite. I know what I like and everything. usually bww has a good service unless it's crazy. I have to tell you that this was perhaps the worst service I've ever had and it wasn't even busy at all. I go to the bar and the bartender looks at me like oh, super passiw asking if I want a drink? I'm sure I'll say thank you and command. after that, it regularly avoids eye contact even when it starts the conversation. I'm like, uh, okay, maybe she has a bad night? then I notice that she's on the move with others behind the bar and helps other people without such problems. I'm so. So I'll let her rest. Maybe she closes and ready to go home? idk, what the problem is. she asks me if I want another drink from behind me minutes later, I turn around and tell you, she avoids eye contact immediately and seems really to have a problem with me. just me. I've never been to michigan before. I never met this person. Maybe when she saw my California ID, she had a bad experience with someone from there? Maybe she feels like seeing young in the eyes, invites flirt or something? I have never said anything inappropriate and thank you and apologize for everything we discussed about eating or drinking. I never did anything out of the line or not at all on any wise. a few more minutes. the same thing she's re-initiating a convot, I see from my work email on my phone, and she immediately switches eye contact before I can finish the answer. I'm okay with wwf going here? she brings my food from behind, then the lemon falls out of my drink and says, oh do they want one more? instead of the ones that let her fall? idk what he was problem, but I paid, left my food and will never be here again. do they put someone behind the bar that want to be there and cares about their habits and do not judge them all preemptiw on the basis of earlier experiences with other people or whatever their problem was? I have no idea. I have bars in ca, which are much harder and much more overcrowded, the at least what they can do is smile and eye contact with mules. at the end when she sees that I am willing not to touch and go eating, she suddenly looks at me and goes there a problem? idk is there, apparently there is? unreal. it was quite sad idk when I returned to a bww, but certainly no time soon."

"We waited approx. 12 minutes before our server finally asked us about our beverage order. Please note that they were not busy. like, not at all compared to other applebees restaurants I visited. the entire 12 minutes we waited for our server, the manager sat at a table opposite to another customer. he could clearly see that we became antsy after multiple eye contact with us. eating was decent, but I don't recommend the mozzarella sticks. we noticed that the window bench super sticky and grumpy made from built dirt from people lean on them. the table was wiped, but was super sticky and still had crippled pieces of...salsa, I can only accept. After we had a few dirty dishes from our appetizer and my salad, we put them on the edge of the table to be taken. but our server and other server went past him multiple times, looked at the empty dishes, and none of them pre-bust the table! the manager finally came by to get our table buses. Finally, before we left, I had accidentally spilled my waterglass over me. our server stood by the kitchen and observed simply, and another server went past us, but did not offer towel or serviettes. we had to ask them to wipe the water. our server did not pass yet and after a few minutes the other server finally brought some serviettes. However, neither server nor even the manager came to provide support in cleaning the water. Yeah, I know I spilled my water and it's my mess. but after many years as a server myself I would never have just watched there while my guests cleaned up a mess in my restaurant. Whether it was chaos or not. I must say the only reason for the amount of stars that this applebee must be for eating (except the mozz sticks. ."

"The burgers hit the spot!! They were also very big, wonder if the 1/2 pound burger is after cooking?? We both said the 1/4 pound would be plenty enough next time. Sweet potato fries, tots and real fruit strawberry milkshake were also really good. Will be back to try some other items. Very friendly staff and great customer service."

"I haven't been to Red Robin since 2019. Came here with friends after a movie. Just had the Southern Charm burger (minus lettuce because lettuce tends to get soggy with juicy burgers) and it was pretty on point. I got garlic fries with it, however, there wasn't anything garlic about it and the shredded parmesan was just tossed on top and not melted in the fries as I had expected. The service we got was excellent. Had a great server and the hostess went out of the way to get us a table for my party so we didn't have to wait an extra hour. That redeems them and I gave Red Robin 5 stars!"
