"We had a night out with friends to celebrate Christmas mid–year. A couple had visited the restaurant previously and recommended the food. I ordered the Seared Duck Breast at $36 and was very disappointed that it came out cold. The reason was that it had been resting, resting alright, far too long. The plate had no vegies. At that price you would think that it had some greens etc. I did enjoy the taste but would have enjoyed it much more so if the duck had been hot.The waitress did offer to provide another meal which would have been another 15 minutes or so. Most of our friends were half way through their meals by this time.Two couples had baked salmon and mentioned that they were both overcooked. My husband had the Crème Brulee and said that it was only custard which was not baked, rather disappointing.I had the Warm Chocolate Fondant and enjoyed it.I am not sure whether I would recommend the restaurant, maybe if the prices were cheaper."

"We ordered 2 take away black coffees. .not great..especially for the wait.. But..cappuccino was good and ginger tea was good. Very busy cafe..limited waiting areas. Overall....it may be better to dine in..."
