"We went here for the first time tonight with a group of people and were very disappointed! The food was great, but the worst service I've ever experienced in my life! 1. We sat at 4 people table when we were 5. 2. After we asked to switch to the 5 person table next to us, we waited 20 min to get a waitress to take our drink order. Once we got a waitress, she apologized for how long it took, and we just said it wasn't a big deal! The water we ordered then came out 15 min later and the beers took out over 25 min. 3. We have been here for over 45 minutes and have not even ordered our food. She said she was right back to take our order. 4. After waiting 30 minutes for her to come back, I had to stand for the host and ask if someone could take our order. 5. Once she took our order and went to put it in the system, she had a group of other waiters talking and shining at our table.. Maybe it was for another reason... 6. After we got our food, we asked for a number of cutlery, as we only got 3 instead of 5. She told the hostess to bring us a set. After waiting for 30 minutes and my food is cold now, I asked a second time for a set and she gave it to the hostess to not bring it when she is the waitress and it would have taken her 5 seconds to do it! 7. We also lacked a side salad and a whole meal as soon as the food was brought out. It took 10-15 minutes to get this! 8. After everything went wrong, we never got an apology, it was really very short and rude! All in all, we were there for over 2 hours, which is completely unacceptable! We're all upset and disappointed here! The only thing this place has for them is the food and beer, but if you want any type, if the service expects it to take over 2 hours and Mediocre to be best!"

"My son and I had the BEST experience this morning after our gym session! I wish I caught the girls name but she was so friendly and genuine especially at 5:45 am!! My 12 year old son even said wow she was so nice mom I hope we get her every time! Thanks for being a great example of how to talk to and treat people it does matter… we wish we got the name of the girl but she’s on 90th and 370 and played college basketball. Thanks again you made our day!! Oh and my son wanted to add a breakfast sandwich after we placed our order and he was scared to ask he was afraid they would be mad… she was so nice about it and gave him suggestions on what to get and he loved her suggestion on the everything bagel sandwich!"

"We arrived just after opening time. We had not been there before. We were a party of two. We waited to be seated, as there were 4 people chatting behind the To go counter, and we didn't see a sign saying to seat ourselves. We kind of waited for someone towelcome us, or at least tell us to seat ourselves. Eventually we went to a booth on our own. The server took our drink order,and said the menu was available by scanning the code on the table. We are both in our 70s. I guess we looked bewildered becauseshe said she'd bring us actual printed menus. After a bit we ordered. I ordered the sauced chicken sandwich and fries, and mycompanion ordered 6 wings. After a bit, the wings came out. (Delivered by someone other than who took our order) No sandwich.I told my friend not to wait for me to be served. My friend actually had finished 3 of his wings before yet another serverbrought my sandwich and apologized for the wait. Ok, it's 11:45am. The ketchup bottle on our table was empty. I waited,thinking someone would come by to check on us. I finally looked around for ketchup on another table. The one closest to us hadno ketchup at all so I wandered 2 tables down to find some. Our $3.29 each iced tea glasses were never refilled, nor did anyoneask if we wanted refills. A young man cleared our plates and asked if we wanted our check. He brought the check, ran my cardand thanked us. As we left, I expected one of the 5 people standing at the takeout counter to at least say thanks for comingin, as most places do when you leave. Nope. I won't be back. Food was nothing special and service stunk."
