"I've had a long eye on this place. I'm so glad I finally ate here. I went for The gusto and got a chicken sandwich on a donut with sausage sword .. I'm in love. I haven't felt this happy food so unhealthy in a long time. The place is small and quinted. Cool vibes. I run from smiling ear to ear."

"Wanted to shout out some good service! I came in on Halloween and was recently back the other night for dinner. I just wanted to give special recognition to my server/bartender Devin. She made me the best old fashioned I’ve ever had!! And a damn good Manhattan. She was a doll to speak with. Good service is hard to find nowadays but I’ve never met a server so funny and personable. I also had a wonderful encounter with a staff member named Danny! What a lovely guy! Planning to bring in my friends soon for some drinks and poutine!"

"Locals is one of my favorite “local” eateries. The staff is super friendly and the interior has a really comforting vibe! They offer really delicious vegan options. Personal favorites are the strawberry quinoa salad (I get it with tofu) and the vegan pancakes."

"Went here for brunch at around 1 pm in a Saturday. Ordered the kids scrambled eggs with a side of home fires and added sauted veggies but vegan and an americano. The other person ordered the kids Nutella French toast with a side of home fries vegan too. The server was extremely knowledgeable about what was and wasn’t vegan (even the minor details such as breads) as well as how the dishes were prepared. Service was super! The portions were giant, especially for a kids order but the prices super cheap. Even the drinks weren’t as over priced as at other places, especially being a coffeehouse with good quality coffee. The americano was only $3.25 for a large mug. Only issue was the seating arrangement is a bit too close for comfort, especially with covid. They also forgot to bring out the second side of home fries at first but promptly fixed that. All of the staff wore masks and everything was clean. This place is extremely busy so I suggest you join the waitlist and tell the server as soon as you arrive as they will most likely let you in despite it not being your turn yet. Otherwise you might have to wait in line outside. The second photo doesn’t do justice to the portion size. Some of the food was already eaten."

"I went for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! The staff and the owner were very friendly! They don't host children's parties, so I'm not sure what another review refers to. But we had children in our party of 10 and every person had a great experience! The food was delicious, the teas were wonderful and we all talked about coming back. Regarding prices, there were some options to order from a menu or do as we did, but choose a level of tea service. I look forward to telling more friends about it and again for a great experience!"

"I was only ever in this special Jersey Mike location, but wow, it's really good. The store is new and clean, and the workers are super nice. The food tastes so much better than subway. The bread tastes like real bread and the ingredients tasted very fresh. There was a technical problem with payment - a problem with the checkout screen - and the young man went over and beyond to make it right. Very impressive. I ordered a huge sandwich and it was legit gigantic - it ended two meals because I couldn't finish it sitting."
