"I gave this place a few chances but overall I wasn’t impressed. First go I had a steak dinner and it was tough and tasteless, but realized it wasn’t their specialty. Came back for coffee and cake, cake was pretty darn good but my coffee never arrived and getting someone to pay attention here is supremely difficult (getting the bill was a Herculean task). Third visit they finally had empanadas available though when I finally got it I found the meaty inside too salty. The rest of my breakfast- an omelette was the best thing I had there. Overall they need a lesson on how to wait on people and narrow their menu to their good stuff."

"Noisy, hectic place, 80s rock in bad sound quality, some cold air current, a lot of people running back and forth, squeaky doors from the bathrooms, and all this with the café not even half full. Coffee bland, Strudel bland, with white powder on top that only remotely tastes of sugar, it is probably industrial sugar replacement. Just not good enough. I came here in 2013 for the first time, and it has lost its appeal. Not for me anymore. Joe do they say? Chao!"

"Great place to make a break on the afternoon and have a cake or another German-ish dessert with an excellent coffee. this place is always visited by natives sohn I can grant them that they find something they like to eat. the prices are ideal for a puerto varas cafetería (reasonable)"
