"Had an online order, paid for, went to go to get it and they said they could not fulfill my order. no affection on the online part that they did not my order, actually the opposite, it said my order was ready. will never order online from them again. terrible experience. but they have good sandwiches, so I will only order in the load."

"HIGHLY disappointing!! The time you order vs when you get your food you would've thought it was an actual restaurant like Longhorn. We waited a good 20 mins before getting our food. There wasn't anyone in front us and they weren't busy. The food is extremely over priced, I ordered a salad and it looks like they only gave my a 1/2 of a chicken for that price. I should've went to the grocery store and made one . I swear I get more salad from Burger King. My son's burger was so runny, I probably wouldn't have ate it if I ordered it myself. Won't return, I'm sure I'll be hungry in another 10 mins"

"I'd already been to Lone Star in Cockburn and that was a disaster so when our host booked us in here it was with some trepidation that I went along. The first plus was the staff, who were very attentive on the night we visited and could not have been more helpful. The second plus was that all meals were enjoyed by everyone at our table despite my grilled fish being quite dry - perhaps that's my fault for ordering seafood in a ribs/steak house!!!! Very generous meal sizes and the desserts could feed millions (they are huge) !! Quite good value for money and a Menu that caters for all ages and food preferences. I would probably go back to this particular Lone Star and take the family along."

"The shopping center was pretty busy, but that was not long waiting in the subway. the staff was friendly and fast. I've got a truthahn melt and my brother has melted the chicken mucosa. both sandwiches were made as we wanted. Thanks for eating!"
