"This is without a doubt one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We had a 7pm reservation and didn’t get our food until after 9pm. For the record my food was RAW OYSTERS and that somehow took them over two hours to make. The waiter didn’t check on us once and actively avoided eye contact and we had to chase him down many times. Before the meal even began he was rude and snapped at me when I asked if he could bring us menus because we sat at a table for 15 min without even getting menus to look at. Every single thing was a disaster from start to finish. We got up to talk to mangers many times and still nothing changed and not one single person ever came over to apologize. The biggest offense was when we got our bill and saw that we were expected to pay for every single thing we ordered despite how insanely awful the experience was. I went up to the manager to discuss this with him and he was rude and fought me plenty. Finally they gave us a measly 20% off our bill. Let the record show this place charges over $40 per entree. It was beyond beyond appalling, clearly the problematic service goes all the way up to the top I have rarely seen a restaurant so poorly managed and you quite literally couldn’t pay me to return."

"This is our favorite donut place. They make great coffee, it?s really strong so be aware. They have much in tea and everything. The donuts are amazing. If you have time for lunch, grab one of the sandwiches the bread is made of like a brioche and Englishmuffin. It?s a really decadent sandwich."

"Average-tasting food for sky-high prices. Paid 42.10 for 1/4 pound of lobster salad and one fried soft shell crab. I get a better deal at the neighborhood gourmet supermarket. Updated 6/15/2021: Seafood prices are insane everywhere! Be prepared to spend no matter where you buy it. Updated 8/8/21: I ordered the lobster roll today. It was loaded with fresh lobster salad and was scrumptious, but I did not care for the grilled potato hot dog bun or the 1.25 surcharge tacked on for paying by debit card. I ate all of the delicious lobster and just some of the ordinary-tasting bun."

"New Year's Eve... we've made a call warrant. My husband picked up the order, the exit was very busy. The young lady wished my husband was happy a new year, and he told her it was his birthday. When we unpacked the food at home, we saw a dish was left. My husband went back to the restaurant where our real dish was waiting. They apologized very much, the waitress sang all the happy birthday to my husband and presented him with a bottle of wonderful Chianti!!!! With so many orders coming and going, I can still not believe that the young lady remembered my men's birthday!!! What a gracious thing to do!! We eat here very often because your food is excellent!!!! Best Auberginen parmigiana ever!!!!"
