"Do yourself a favor and check your order EVERYTIME. I cannot tell you how many times I have either been given the wrong drink or not given my whole order when picking up through drive through and I have had to make trips back to the store. The sad part is when I call and they tell me that it happens all the time they know they have a problem but they aren’t doing anything to fix it! Service: Take out"

"We visited this restaurant, well let's call it what it is, this bar and we were just so let down. Our server looked as if they hated working there and knew the food was going to be awful. We got a patty melt and a cowboy burger. The patty melt was ground beef(with no seasoning) held together with a little bit of cheese and it had diced raw purple onions and the bread was covered in butter to the point it was soggy. The cowboy burger was so overcooked and the patty was falling apart from how dry it was. The bench seat had duct tape patching the holes on the cushion and it wasn't bolted down so anytime one of us would get up, the cushion would slide off with us. Our server didn't ask us once how the food was so that leads us to believe they knew it wasn't good so why bother asking. It's really unfortunate, this place could be great. Update the dining area, change out the awful bright white lights, clean the floors and update the menu a little bit. You can't just cook meat without seasoning, even salt and pepper would make it a little bit better. It's in a decent location but I don't know how they're still open with such a low level of food and service. It could be great, I really hope they get it figured out and do some tweaking. I've never been in such an inviting unhappy barbeque joint. Good luck Brickies."

"Hi i am a customer and ordered a pizza thin crust pizza. It?s the same pizza I?ve ordered for years. I called the store immediately and told the GM that the pizza was wrong. I was told I needed to send a picture. Why???? If the pizza is wrong it?s wrong! That?s not good customer service! Then the manger told me that there is nothing she can do. I can?t get a refund. Even with me sending a picture of the pizza. Mind you I paid for this pizza. I paid for delivery and I paid for delivery tip. Still not good enough. I had to drive to the store and show the pizza!!!!! That?s still not good enough. I was told by the manager that there is nothing she can do. I asked for a refund again and she said no. I won?t be ordering from this place again. And trust and believe I?ll be letting everyone know about this experience. If you are in the wrong your employees MUST take accountability for their actions. This was absolute the worst customer service I?ve seen in awhile. I hope you do pull back video cameras and listen to how the calls was handled and also how I was treated. No refund no nothing besides we can make you another pizza after I paid for the delivery fee and a tip. This place needs a major improvement and coaching on how to deal with customer service! You basically stole money from me and wasted my gas to come up here just to show you that you made a mistake. Shame on you!!!!"

"The leftover pizza was just as fabulous as it was when we brought it home hot. Can't wait to try this place in person. We brought home a large deep dish and these amazing little garlic bread bites. Not a single complaint with regard to food and service. Best deep dish pizza I've found in a long time. The garlic knots were these small fried dough balls covered in garlic butter goodness. Never had something quite like this and found they were very hard to stop eating. We will definitely be returning. Hopefully next time for dine in as the restaurant setting looked enjoyable! My only sad moment is knowing I can't order this goodness until after 4pm."
