"I think the Panini Bar is a good place to have something small to eat during lunch. The panini are good. However, the bread was too tough for me personally in certain places. For me it should be toasted, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A focaccia bread panino as an additional option would also be delicious. The selection of fillings is good and they also taste good and juicy. The service is top!"

"It's no wonder more people prefer McDonald's to Subway. A major reason for this could be the management of the Subway branch in question. The team leader or branch manager, whose background I do not know, seems extremely incompetent and disrespectful. I also wonder what contacts this man might have that helped him to a position of leadership despite such incompetent and aggressive behavior. Luckily there are other good alternatives to this particular branch in town. I would like to express my condolences to the staff who have to work under such leadership and to the customers who are unfortunate enough to be served by him. It also seems like this manager sets rules that don't apply to other Subway locations. This is especially frustrating as he doesn't listen to customer requests nor seems willing to respond to any type of feedback or request. I find this extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. I hope that Subway's management will take notice of this situation and take appropriate measures to improve the customer experience and working atmosphere."
