"Clemente Bakery charges a service fee for paying with American Express credit card. There was no sign notification when I made my charge (perhaps they will put out a sign after this review) and only realized it when the amount I signed for was different than the amount the clerk told me was my order total. They list the credit card usage fee on the receipt as cash discount but if you add up the items and tax on the receipt you will see that it's not a discount at all, but a fee. Very sleazy. Food was ok, prices very high. I won't be back."

"Our company hosted a caregiver training yesterday for all our CHHAs. We thought it would be nice to send them each home with a boxed lunch, so we tried Apple Spice. Gary, the owner made the on-time delivery himself. We ordered extra so our office staff could have lunch. Everyone raved about the freshness of their homemade bread, the flavor of each sandwich and all the extra goodies inside the box. If you want to impress your staff or clients try Apple Spice in Hackensack."

"Obsessed with this place! Love that is open late nights. It's my to go to spot whenever I crave a late night grub. My favorite it's the gossip burger with sweet potato fries. They have the best sweet potato fries! They also have a full menu of variety of foods. This cafe is super cute, love the decor and even their shopping bags when they pack your foods. The staff is also super friendly. Love it here : it was my fav spot on late summer nights and even now."

"This lunch hotspot is a hidden gem. Your daily specialties are delicious. Special requests are always welcome. I order food from here at least 3 times a week. They give you enough food for two days and his always fresh. Parking is small, but the foot traffic is always moving fast. Staff smile and cheerful. If you are in the area for lunch there is an attempt. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised."

"Took the boyfriend out to dinner at Grappa 46 and we are definitely going back. I had the White Clam Pizza and boyfriend had the Philly Cheese Steak and we split the steak tid bits. SO GOOD. We wanted to be able to take some home for our lunch the next day, but we couldn't stop eating (so there weren't leftovers). Portions are fantastic, waitstaff is friendly and efficient, and the drinks are tasty and strong. All in all, we were super happy to stumble upon this place and plan to go back over and over again. (PS we didn't have the calamari, but the couple next to us got it and it smelled like heaven)"
