"Foods great, but there 's a huge issue with getting fried onions added to a sandwich correctly. You 'd imagine when you say fried onions and they respond okay, fried onions that there 's no misunderstanding in the communication. For some reason, I either get none, or fresh onions. It 's whatever though, minimum wage service."

"I used the app. I'll go ahead and rate that for you too, ?!!!! It was easy enough to use however the staff at the North Pines location didn't seem to have followed the order I made in the app. So maybe the app is great and the staff at this location was ill equipped to follow written instructions on what I wanted. Over all, the food itself was dry and poorly prepared. Not what I expected when paying $5-$9 for a burger. Pictures are of burgers that were both missing swiss cheese, both missing special sauce on bottom bun. (That's what comes on the burger) and if that is what they call extra lettuce... They must be from a different country were lettuce is an endangered species. (Paid .10 extra per burger for more lettuce and .50 extra for the cheese I did not get)"

"Save yourself the disappointment and go to wing stop. I got takeout. 10 traditional wings half honey parm half 6.5 heat. I also got a side order of waffle fries. The wings were small, dry, rubbery and didn’t taste fresh at all. I also found whole feathers on some of the wings which was disturbing. The 6.5 wings we not spicy at all. I paid a total of about $35 for these and am really disappointed. After chewing through 2 wings desperately trying to like them that’s when I found the feathers, it was disgusting!!! I could have gone to wing stop and got my original order for $17 bucks and that’s for 20 wings. These were all in all a huge disappointment for me."

"I absolutely love this restaurant! The patio is my favorite place to sit, not that the inside isn’t because it is very nice on the inside as well. Beautiful water that is relaxing to watch the ducks and fish swim by. Umbrellas to keep it shaded so we didn’t get too hot. It also has a fire pit outside on the patio as well. Love the ambience."

"We had dinner in the restaurant. I had a churrasco steak and my wife had a spaghetti dish with shrimp. Both meals were flavorful and cooked properly. No other guests in the restaurant, but we were early and the hotel didn't seem to be very busy the week we were there. Pleasant food."
