"Went here a bunch while at UMass as a student. ten years later, OMG STILL JUST AS GOOD! great pizza but don't neglect the rest of their menu, great parm grinders and steak bombs!, and my fave onion rings in the area!!!!!!!!!"

"Coffee is pretty good. Sandwiches are tasty, BUT the kitchen is very stingy with ingredients. If you get roast beef on your sandwich, don?t expect more than a single layer of meat. Same with avocado: I once got only four thin, small slices on a sandwich. Couldn?t even taste it."

"I live in Sunderland and eat breakfast here with my family once or twice a month. We often bike here in the summer. Wendy Rose owns and works daily here. She gave the place a nice face-lift when she bought it a few years ago. This isn't the space shuttle, it's a diner. meals are simple here as is with any diner. The food is tasty and served quick by wait-staff that are eager to please, including Wendy herself. There is a nice local buzz here. I always get a cheddar omelette and coffee with Rye toast and hash browns. Portion size is great and prices are low. We are spoiled here in Sunderland with our eateries and the Dove's Nest is one of my favorites."

"Well 10 years since this locations last review, I guess it is due for one! One star that is. I was headed home from work and figured I 'd give these folks one more chance after experiencing some poor customer service in my only two prior visits. I tried calling ahead to place an order for a sub, as I 've had hot sandwiches turned into cold sandwiches as a result of trying their app for ordering. A voice answered and said hello how can I help you? I proceeded to answer with my order, and was met with a very anxious sounding, umm can you hold on for one second! I answered honestly and said I was in a pinch and I would just stop in the store. I had a feeling this experiment wouldn 't have positive results but went for it anyway. When arriving at the store, it was completely empty with a single car leaving the parking lot. I walked in and waited several minutes before the girl behind the counter appeared. She was friendly but seemed a bit out of it, talking to herself in a low tone and sort of interacting with me in an odd way, saying things like, oh don 't be an idiot like me! I was honestly pretty confused and chuckled a little nervously. I then stood there for maybe 5 minutes all together while she clambered around behind the counter moving miscellaneous things. The next thing was straight up strange. She was messing with the area where the meatballs go, and making comments about not knowing what in the world she was doing and hoped she didn 't get burned. I then watched as she picked up the bag of meatballs in sauce, and dumped them into the trash. Mind you I still haven 't been addressed as a customer or even told that I 'd be served soon. After disposing the meatballs she finally gets to me, I question if that was the only meatballs she had and if it was possible to get a chicken grinder with sauce from the meatballs. The girl looks me in the eyes and says you just made me throw those away I was dumbfounded. I told her I was all set if she had no tomato sauce and she seemed surprised. I 'll never be back to this location, which is a shame because I would grab subway multiple time a week if this location could straighten up. Every time I 've been it is a very immature and inexperienced college girl and I think the manager needs to get off his rump and actually train these poor girls because it 's really his fault. I 'd give two stars for the girl actually being nice but one star for the overall waste of time during my lunch break and repetitive poor customer experiences."
