"The portion of cheese on the beef and cheddar is incredibly lacking like its not even on there. I don't understand. Is there an embargo on liquid cheese ? So what do I do? I order a side as well. So I get a side of cheese and none on my sandwich. This happens every time and I'm done with arbys. It's not a super difficult request. I'll never be back. Rememlber. These are the people who think they deserve 20$ an hour yet getting an order half correct is like splitting nuclear atoms apparently."

"Grand Lux is slowing going down in standards. Yesterday we had lunch there. My wife had a burger, I had the caramel chicken. Kids had chicken paramegano and Glazed salmon. Well..fist problem, when the check came I noticed that the chicken parmasan was charged at the dinner price which we asked for the lunch special. I pointed it out to the waitress, she went back the office and she said that they could not change it!!! I mean talk about bad customer service! It get worse, my wife not 15 minutes later had to make a mad dash to the bathrooms from a very upset stomach! Ok so the extra money i paid for the dinner portion was not a big deal, but they didn't even try to accommodate me. I think Grand Lux is X'ed off my list!"

"These people do everything they should not do on a business. they calculated me for two meal times on my weekly account, because I didn't want to break them off, but I didn't order them on the first place. they can't calculate me for something I didn't order because I regularly order from them when I decide to order from somewhere else, is the right to leave the money on the hold until I order them again. the only thing I can say is that money they stole from my account is worth it as a human and as a business besides their terrible customer service. I can't give you 0 stars, but believe me if I said that, I wouldn't recommend that! is funny how you stole 15 dollars from me to save a few dollars and now you lost 70 dollars a week. the sweat is on you."
