"Great food and great taste. The drinks are really good too. Price per satisfaction for each menu are really good. But I'm a bit unsatisfied with the service. The waiter and waitress need to make their communication a lot better. I was ordering a club sandwich, yet it didn't come until we finished all the other foods. The waitress said there was a miscommunication between the main cashier and the sandwitch's kitchen so the sandwich's chef didn't knew the order was there. The most disappointing one was the waiter didn't apologize properly, and the other waiter and waitress didn't smile a lot. For management : Please make your service a lot better, you have a lot of good food and drink that you serve but We all know that it will taste better when it served really well, especially with a lot of smile. For future customers : Please do come here if you want to have a good food and drink in a good place to hang out with your family and friends. But my suggestion is that you might have to communicate a lot more than usual with the waiter and waitress just in case something have gone wrong like I just did. Well, the Nasi Goreng Gila and the Oreo Frappuccino really taste good tho XD Regards, A visitor with his family from Malang"
