"My husband and I had breakfast at Crescent Inn on Saturday morning. We sat at the bar. Our waitress was more interested in servicing her boyfriend (also seated at the bar) that anyone else. He had at least 3 dishes of scrambled eggs brought out to him while we waited 30 minutes for our order. Instead of refilling our coffees the waitress was at the bar eating breakfast off his plate while taking orders for carry out. The establishment was not clean. My fork and knife was dirty. Floors and counter tops dirty. We will not be eating there again."

"Good way to waste 20 minutes. For some reason they had 2 people training one person at the cash register?! The meat was greasier than usual, but the fries were solid. The only reason this was a 2 star is because the Kiwi refresher was good. And no apology for the wait, which was odd because a 4 year old could see it took over a minute per transaction?"

"This was my first visit to Basil's On Market. It was a Monday at 5:30 and wasn't too busy. We got a nice seat at the back. Our server was Virginia, and she was FABULOUS! Very friendly and on top of drink refills without hovering. We ordered the bruschetta for the table. It's different from the standard but was very good. For the entree, I ordered the Chicken Bacon Pasta (without bacon) and a bread basket. Everything was delicious and fresh. The flavor of the chicken was terrific and super tender and juicy. I'd definitely recommend trying it. Check out Basil's when you're in Troy and tell Virginia, April sent ya."
