"Food was good and our waiter was awesome, very professional and pleasant, but the employee setting up the soup/salad bar was awful. She was behind having it set and was heard telling customers Do you see the light on yet?? It's not ready'. She angrily shoved the spoons and tongs in each container and shaking her head very obviously annoyed at the customers. Very rude. We waited a good 15 minutes AFTER ordering the soup and salad bar to be able to get anything from it. It's not the customers fault that she's behind doing her job and definitely shouldn't display her attitude to the customers."

"The first time here. I'm not a big rib type, but that's what everyone recommends. The ribs were legit!!! He fell right off the bone and the sauce was very good. We look forward to their new location closer to home."

"10-26-2023. My lovely bride, Betty, and I dined at Undo's in Weirton, West Virginia this evening. Betty had Ravioli and Meatballs, and I had Sausage, Pepper, and Cheese Stromboli. My Stromboli was fantastic. It was served hot with a marinara sauce. The cheese bread was awesome, as was the garlic butter that came with the bread. I noticed another reviewer stated that Undo's food was fake. I doubt it. The food was great, some of the best in the area, and the service was awesome. Kayla took excellent care of Betty and me. She made sure our drinks stayed full and checked on us several times. In Myrtle Beach, where we live, there are over 1,500 restaurants to choose from, and we eat at only ten or so. If we had an Undo's down at the beach, it would be included in our favorite Italian places, just like Angelo's is down there. I recommend Kayla and the Weirton Undo's to family and friends."

"My friend and I have breakfast on my way back to NC this morning after looking for a place to try. We were greeted immediately, sitting and brought our drinks. Our food was amazing! I had the State Line Measure I highly recommend. The cookies and the severity are also a must. Everyone who came in seemed to know each other and the staff was so friendly. We will definitely return to Steubenville, Ohio to visit family."
