"Food was totally rubbish. Overcooked chicken, burgers on dry old rolls, tiny piece of chicken as a burger. They didn’t give us one of the starters, the choice of beers and wine was garbage. The salad was depressing. Such a dumb dining experience when you have to get your own cutlery. No table water, no napkins. The ordering system is efficiently lazy so the staff don’t really need to do anything. No personal touch or hint of customer service at all. It’s designed so you just pay money for a substandard product and then you leave. Will never return. Complete waste of £105.00"
