"The restaurant is located in the behnisch Haus,ganz near galeria kaufhof, so quite exactly in the middle of the krefelder shopping street. there are 2 etagens, where the top floor is rather a gallery. there are also the toilets (so nothing for wheelchairs.) the kitchen is through at the back so that not the whole restaurant smells after eating. with good weather you can also sit well outside. eating is as always at vapiano, very good and cheap."

"The beautiful thing about the Vapiano is that in every city you get an approximately equal quality and about white what you expect. Saves the search for a suitable restaurant. The fact that you can watch when preparing the food and decide yourself whether or not you want certain ingredients has something. This gives you at least the feeling of freshness and individuality. If the latter are, of course, narrow limits. I also found the children's friendliness of the local. An elevator to get to the second floor with a stroller (or wheelchair), sufficient high chairs, children's dishes. That's all it takes. Only the waiting times were a patience test during our visit. Until we could really eat, it took about 45 minutes. And then we had to eat in stages because the pizzas are prepared independently of the pasta. Quite simply because there are two different stations that take over the preparation. This is then the disadvantage of the Vapiano system, in which one does not need to operate and even mutates to service power, which then also has to create everything inadvertently to the place, which is not so trivial during the peak on Friday night. Nevertheless, the Vapiano at Alexanderplatz, which you have wonderful views through the large panoramic windows, is highly recommended. Central is not going. And that at no cost. For if now directly at Alexanderplatz or elsewhere, the prices are the same."

"After dining at Vapiano in Münster we decided to try the Hamburg branch which is equally good and exactly the same system and quality. We arrived at a busy time and had to wait for about 20 minutes but it was worth it. The restaurant...offers excellent bibs for the messy eaters. The atmosphere is lively and friendly. I recommend it."
