"This restaurant has bad food and even worst customer service. We were 6 adults and 2 kids (the kids didn’t order anything). All our food was extremely salty and the steak over cooked. We returned only 1 plate out of the 6 because it was unbearably salty and didn’t want to be rude by complaining about all the plates. The chef had the waitress come back to tell me that I am wrong about the food and there is nothing wrong with the plate. They charged for the plate even though they never returned it (I wasn’t going to eat but it’s the entitlement that struck me). When we were paying, the waitress told us the chef told her to still charge us for the plate because he believes there is nothing wrong with it. Our bill was over $500. It was our anniversary and it was probably one of the worst restaurants I have been to with regards to food and customer service. STAY AWAY! To top it off, no manager to talk to only the chef who we still complained to. His response was if you didn’t like the food you should have sent it back to the kitchen. But that is what we did?!? Go to Lavechia near by. Way better food and customer service."
