"New vyas deal baati is one of the famous restaurants of ratlam, where they can have daal baati bafale. try their minze chutney and khati mithi daal along with masala papad. good but heavy eating. my childhood memories are associated with this place, as it is still as it is used to make and very healthy food with pure desi ghee. dal tadka is amazing here with batti chura and papad alng with green chutney and ghee everything they can have in less the $1. eating is made fresh and they can smell the authenticity of eating when entering the place. highly recommended for Parcel service as location s not suitable to go with the family and eat because its quite stuffed to eat there. this is a single destination for dal baati lovers throughout the region malwa. the daal is really delicious and the baati or baafla depends on their choice. with ghee and daal sown it is a seriously tasty combination. if they choose the sweet and salty daal separately available, it is another great taste they will discover. a personal suggestion is to bring 100 g ratlami sew and mix a little in the daal, they will never forget the taste of this wonderful combination. I loved it. a must in ratlam."
