"We liked the local feel and outdoor cooking fires and ovens for great bread. No contrived tourist stuff. Our waitress was knowledgable and spoke good Ingles... The Lomo steak was huge, flavorful and cooked perfectly to order I asked for just a little red...in the middle. Comes with just a few papas fritas, which is perfect. We also ordered the Condido salad which was a nice mix. Next time we will split a steak, so we have room for postres. We enjoyed going into the vino cava (wine cave) which is a cellar where you choose your own bottle of wine, instead of choosing from a wine list. Nice touch..."

"My partner and I went here for dinner going on a recommendation from our hotel. We told them we wanted authentic Argentinian asado, and they hit the nail on the head. We ordered the parrilla for two which included chorizo, blood sausage, chunchullo (grilled cow intestine), a couple different cuts of beef, ribs, and a side of fries. Needless to say, we made our way through about a quarter of what we were served, but it wasn't for lack of trying. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and very affordable. Our server made wine and food recommendations and was very patient with our Spanish."

"Yesterday we booked for a 3-course meal visit to the winery, and they told us we would visit the winery after the meal. Today we went and had a great meal, the waitress was very attentive and we enjoyed the experience and the setting,...but once we finished the meal we asked to do the visit and they told us it was not possible as the winery was already closed. What? We would have not chosen this place for just the meal, we were interested in learning about the production and the brand and we left feeling it was a half experience. It was clearly a problem of communication, but with over 2000 bodegas in Mendoza, I wouldn’t recommend one that does not offer a visit to the restaurant’s guests."
