"I want more chicken with my garlic, please. Since I don't live in Miami or Havana, Versailles is as good as Cuban food here in Los Angeles. The garlic chicken is the dish I have always ordered. They provide you with so much that I usually have many leftovers for lunch the next day. Also, I cry for garlic for a day, but I don't care. It used to be that the chicken was always perfectly cooked, but no longer as it hits or miss. My husband loves the fried plantains and roasted Yucca prepared cramps as normal. We also order the Bistec de palomilla, which is a top Sirloin, thinly cut, marinated and covered with grilled onions. The place is very cozy with friendly service, but you need to keep it on toes when it comes to refill drinks. I cannot stress enough how hit or miss the place has become so much fun at your own risk."

"First time going here, this place was recommended by my coworker. We dined in and had a great time. I ordered the sandwich cubano. My sandwich came with fries and I ordered a side of plantains (I love plantains . Also, I made a great choice of having the sangria as well. The customer service is excellent and it's a chill vibe."

"Solid all around. Totally casual down-to-earth atmosphere and very welcoming to all walks of life. Have explored about half of the menu so far and haven’t had an unsatisfactory dish yet. Without question, the Garlic Chicken dish is the house special and best bet. No matter what you order and no matter the number in your party, you’d be making a mistake not to have at least one plate of this chicken. Service is quick, attentive and professional…and not saccharine sweet…which is to my personal taste. Place has been around forever, in multiple locations. There’s a reason for that. Enjoy!"
