"Waiting time between antipasto and main course was more than an hour … ! When we asked they kept saying food will be here soon …. When we finally stood up to leave they got us our food … pork was still half raw so...I returned it and pasta wasn’t cooked properly… No idea why this restaurant is ranked at no12 in Lucerne… At least they didn’t charge us for the half raw pork … I appreciate it was a Friday evening but the waitress did admit they’re short of stuff in the kitchen… You would imagine that owning a restaurant in central Lucerne you would at least employ enough stuff … good luck if you decide to dine here … make sure you have about 3 hours to have a 2 course meal…."

"A loud place it was impossible to talk, the music they played was more for a disco than a restaurant. The food was untasty, i left most of it. The service was unattentive, bored, staying around. I had to ask for my food three times before it was brought to my table. The restaurant was nearly empty. The restaurant manager was folling around with cute service people instead of taking care for clients.I only wanted to leave this place as soon as possible"

"Wir hatten einen Männerabend mit ca. 20 Personen und die restlichen Tische waren auch alle besetzt. Trotzdem war der Service sehr freundlich und speditiv. Auch die Speisen haben hervorragend geschmeckt. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Grosses Kompliment an den Wirt und seine Crew. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder!Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Among my expectations among several aspekten. ambience: there is too much worth looking in Italian. the songs of eros ramazzotti, laura pausini or renato zero in the background to hear acts sticky. decoration: it is somewhat redundant and difficult. my style. service: ok weinliste: could be wider. Eat: the Calamari star was unfrozen and quite restless. the pappardelle with ragú di cervo were good. tiramisu without eggs also good. as a total experience I have found that for 10% more they can eat much better and sit in a much more beautiful restaurant. Maybe nice to try out for a drink in the summer, but not ready to return to eat."
