"Pizza arrived cold. Wings were breaded and soggy. That was a real disappointment as none of the pics on the app or reviews show breaded wings and it doesn't say they are breaded on the menu. Mozzarella sticks were good. Ordered Pepsi 2 liter and was brought coke. None of these things are a big deal alone but for the amount of money paid, pretty underwhelming."

"Simply put, their “Taco Pizza” is just plain awful. Might as well be called “Lettuce Pizza” because withered lettuce constitutes the bulk of the pizza. If there is meat or refried beans on the pizza you certainly cannot taste it. No taco seasoning. Waste of money, especially when it was delivered luke warm at best."

"We had family in town and decided to go out for Christmas dinner. I called to inquire about the bar seating and was assured it was not a high top and it would be comfortable and cozy . When we arrived, the revolving door was not working so people were coming in and out of the side door. Our table was just inside the bar and it was freezing due to the window and the draft from the door. We asked to move, but were told no, they expected some other people for another table for 6 in the middle of the room...okay, I get it, we will deal. After sitting for about 10 minutes and perusing the drink/dinner menu, our waiter (Lenny) appeared and asked if we 'd like water, we said yes, and he immediately disappeared without asking if we wanted anything besides water to drink. The water was dropped off and Lenny took off right away leaving us stunned we still hadn 't ordered drinks. Finally, he reemerged and we immediately leapt on the opportunity to order our drinks, appetizers and dinners. After 15 minutes, our appetizers arrived, but we still did not have drinks. My husband left the table to find out where the drinks were...they finally arrived. At this point we 'd been sitting there for almost a half hour with no drinks. The salads and soups were fine. The entrees arrived and this is where things went downhill. My sister in laws steak was burned to a crisp and my steak (ordered a 6 oz with the Del Mar) was a 4 oz charcoal briquet. I 'd ordered medium. I would have sent it back except Lenny was absentia as usual. Finally, as we sat with dirty plates in front of us, I 'd had enough. I called over the manager, Patrick, showed him the picture of our table and explained the problems. He assured me he would take care of it. My meal alone was $60. He took $50 off the $500 check and we were not even offered coffee or dessert. Don 't take reservations if you are understaffed. The whole evening was a disaster and complete disappointment."
