"I made an online order. Food was rubbish, 30 minutes late getting there, boxes crushed to the point the topping were stuck to the box lid. Returned to the Hoover location, the manager looked at the boxes, got the order number, said he?d refunded purchases. I go to check and no credit. I call and find out my pizza came from the Vestavia store. So, either the manager knew this and lied about a credit, or he doesn?t know his own store number. Either way, I got to pay $35 for food I didn?t even get to have."

"3 1/2's 2-3 months ago. now if you want to extra the best Italian sausages, do not go to llorna road location. advises what you are from their website and with which I came home....We have got our pizza here many paints. does not know what has changed, but the last 2 months was not the best (both sausage and pfefferoni.) and the crust was cooked. will pay extra somewhere else. rather pay a little more than a little less for much less. this place has to find out what has changed and fix it."

"Dee. Lish. Fantastic food and very quickly brought out... Apparently it was slower than usual on Thursday afternoon and the chefs were very ready to do something. It was the best sesame chicken I ever had with tasteful sauce, well cooked rice, and I was very pleased to find that my chicken, although hastily cut and not completely separated in some places, was still quite good. My husband got kung pao chicken, what seems to contain pretty sharp red pepper and possibly jalapenos? There were some great cuts of green paprika that, according to my husband, were extremely spicy. The lights in the dining area are very tidy and give a good ambience, although there can be a smiling dark in the evenings. I recommend you live the market while you are here. There are a variety of interesting ramen flavor, different noodles, all kinds of spices, a huge selection of neat chopsticks, and a super-boss cookware section."

"We snuck in early-ish, about 6pm on a Friday evening without a reservation. As we expected, there were no seats available but we were offered bar seating (nearly full) or outside at the sidewalk tables (nearly empty). With the pleasant weather, we opted for outdoors. It was perfect. Those soon filled up too and 15m after we arrived we heard the host tell someone there was now a 2 hour wait. We already had drinks and had ordered our food. Service was fast and excellent. The cocktails were creative, delicious and ONLY $10! These were on par with drinks we've paid $13-15 for at many other places downtown. I tried all 4 we ordered and each was very good. We ordered 3 small plates to share and it was just the right amount of food. Each dish was well prepared and seasoned, served up hot and fast. Our server knew all the food and drinks well, and made thoughtful recommendations. We ordered both desserts on the menu, and they were just as pleasing as the other food and drinks. We both commented that it was one of the best meals we've had in a while, start to finish. I can't wait to return. "Yes, the pizza is good, but I could gouge myself on the char grilled wings. Forget Ranch, the dipping sauce . . . OMG, you must experience it for yourself. Of the three pizzas we ordered, Hot Mama was my favorite. Delicious. Hot, but if you don't really like heat, you'll still enjoy this one. I'm here for a week and I have no doubt I'll order from them several more times. First time in Birmingham, first local meal, truly a great start!"
