"Flayosc is a small village but it has a fabulous choice of places to eat. There are 5 restaurants which are all very good in their own way. It is a long time since I had eaten at Fleur de Thym but certainly won’t be...such a long interval before the next one. Food of the high standard, well cooked and presented. Service was very friendly, observant but not intrusive. Portions also seemed to have got bigger over the years. It has an outdoor area but it is a much more pleasant and satisfying experience to eat indoors in the cooler months. Well worth a visit"

"My husband and I visited The Garden during our stay at Chateau de Berne. Because it was a Sunday evening, the Garden was not very crowded, se we felt like we were having a private dinner! It was incredible from start to finish. And the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive. The food was amazing!! We have had many wonderful meals here in Atlanta, but this topped everything. Every plate was a gastronomic experience and a work of art. I hope in my life I can visit again!"
