"My friend and I arrived at around 12:00 noon for lunch and waited to be seated at the terrasse. Since no one welcomed us, we seated ourselves at a table for four -- the place was not busy and there were many empty tables. Then the waitress came over and said that she couldn't give us our preferred table since there were only two of us. I pointed out that there was one customer seated at a table for four! She said that the customer arrived at 11:00 and was there for early lunch. Sure, I said and left it at that. We sat at a table for two, ordered, and ate lunch. At 12:30, I pointed out to the waitress that there were two people now seated at a table for four. "Oh, the manager said it was okay," she said. "I should have talked to the manager then," I retorted. I told her that I was just trying to point out her inconsistency. There was NO APOLOGY from the waitress, nor did any manager approach to see us. The food was good, but I did not enjoy it because of the waitress's attitude. She was inconsistent at best, and discriminating at worst. (Yes, I'm not white.)"

"Disappointed: this was what I used as a neighboring institution for large Spanish tapas, and use to eat full of people at the arrival and weeping. I should have known that something is up when we were the only table in the restaurant. it's not what it was before. so sad."

"3 couples out for dinner on a Saturday night ! I chose Chase because we haven’t been in a long time and I wanted to remind my friends of this place . We started with beer and they serve pita bread cut up And turnips... peppers . At the table . My friend ordered babaganoush for the table Which we enjoyed dipping in with our pita bread . We ordered our meals : I ordered one skewer chicken and one skewer minced meat , came with either fries or rice , I chose the rice , salad or fatouche or tabouli , I chose the tabouli , good choices. and a dollop of hummus on the plate too . . Extensive menu . Nice service . Washroom downstairs . There are also stairs to go up to the restaurant, not easy for handicapped people . Free or meter parking . Usually we find free parking on the side streets . We did not have coffee or dessert there . Big portions . Trendy street : Monkland, lots of places to go to : ice cream shops , coffee , restaurants and a grocery store , Bakery ...."

"If they enjoy traditional montreal pizza, then it has covered them. pizza made with real ingredients, such as real paprika (not the coarse chain material) and much cheese. pizza is not cheap, but you only need 1-2 slices per person because it fills. A big alternative to the plastic cheese and mysterious meat pizzas that sell so many today."
