"I hate giving a bad review as I would always prefer to give a place a chance to respond and correct a problem I report in hopes I can give a good review. Unfortunately in this case I was not able to even get through to anyone to listen to my complaint. I have been ordering off and on throughout the last year through Grubhub because of Covid. I have placed about 11 orders and although not an exact count, at least 5 of those orders have had one or more things wrong with them or something left out. Only the last time and today did I report the problem on the Grubhub order site and got my money back. That is not what is important to me, what I want is my order right the first time! I feel ALL delivery orders, no matter how busy the store, should be double checked before going out! Today after placing my order online, I called the store to ask a manager to double check my order before sending it out. I was placed on hold with a curt “hold please” and could hear orders being processed in the background. After 5.5 minutes I hung up. I tried the number back and pressed the same option and have not been able to get anything but a busy signal for the last hour and half. Perhaps I am still on hold there. My order arrived in the meantime and was wrong again. I will keep trying to speak to a manager today, but have already placed a call to the District Manager. So disappointing. I have one star because the food tasted good."

"Ive been here 3 timesService is extremely slow and lazy, restaurant is always dirty, bubble tea always taste artificial, and pho tastes like decent broth with overcooked and undercooked meat and then noodles are gross. "Expectations surpass. that was my first visit to kay bob and I must say I am impressed. I have the tante kay, which is essentially a Greek gyro, but on steroids of deliciousness. "Deliciouso. I had heard great things about the truck, so was really excited to try it. the menu is simple, a sandwich or mix its protein (4) with style (3). I have the red curry style gay, hot. the spiciness was not disappointing, hot actually meant hot, so I was excited, but I can simmer on a medium for the next time. large soaked and pork with much red paprika, hoping for more mushrooms and baby mais. it was expensive for how much food she got though, $8 and I was still hungry. will come back."

"This place has been voted best in Nashville for the last three years. I had the pork plate and it was outstanding! The sauce is delicious, potato salad was great, and the baked beans were the best I have had anywhere. Go early as the lines can be long. Definitely worth the wait."
