"Edit, Funk n Waffles percent tip is calculated off of the sum of the subtotal, credit card processing fee, and NY tax. It’s makes an overpriced meal ridiculously expensive by increasing the tip egregiously. We placed our order when the restaurant was nearly empty before 5:40pm and we still needed to wait 20 minutes for the fully staffed restaurant to assemble chicken and waffles. Even if you spend $35 for dinner, there is still a cover charge if you want to go the other part to get away from the draft. For the 5 tender whole chicken and waffle, the chicken breading was good and the house sauce had a nice vinegar edge, but the chicken was very dry and needed to sauce to not be completely disappointing. Where the chicken and waffles lacked moisture, the jive turkey waffle overshot with gravy sauce and was too goopy and salty. There wasn’t that much turkey, but what there was felt like turkey lunch meat rather than turkey. Under a thin layer of turkey, there’s was so much mashed potatoes that you almost lost the texture and flavor of the stuffing waffle. I came here because I read that it was featured on diners, drive-ins, and dives so I should have had lower expectations."

"Ordered a small pizza with 5 char-grilled wings(came with celery/creamy garlic blue cheese dip), sausage roll w/marinara sauce, everything was delicious! Best char-grilled wings we've had in a long time, will definitely be back. We were a walk-in order, took barely 20 minutes.. prices we're spot on as well! Couldn't be happier"

"Surprised with the atmosphere inside the building. Feel like an escape : beautiful and homey inside. Love the Kpop music background. Food was well prepared . Highly recommended the chicken feets because of the sauce. Make sure you can eat spicy food because it was SPICY. Only thing is the restaurant short on staff and only 1 girl work there. Feel bad that she has to do everything from cleaning, to serving and taking orders. When we have 3 tables she was so busy and had to run from table to table. So i hope we will have some helpers in the future to help her out. (4 stars ______________ UPDATED: We’re back again today to try more food from the menu today. And sadly i had to edit my review. When we arrived. We stood for 18 mins and no one come talk or even take us into our table. So i had to hit the button from a random table to get their attention. The lady came out from the kitchen. Brought us into the table and had us sit there by ourselves until i had to stand up and asked for “attention” . Finally we got our order taken. I just hooe that the owner and the waitress at least greeting and take customers to their seats, then ask customer to wait. Instead of ignoring customer standing for almost 20 mins. Hope this wont happen to other customers."

"This was at the top of my list of pizza places in syrakus, which I needed to visit, and ot was really good. there was only one guy who was pretty impressive, and he just stabbed cake. he was also very friendly and apologised for the time it needed to get my pizza out, but it really didn't feel so long, especially if he was the only one who works. I had a big pizza with mushrooms and paprika, and it tasted really good. it felt like the crust at the end needed a little something to add its taste, but unlike that, I have no complaining. also the price of pizza is very reasonable! I was surprised! I would come back and I have seen that sometimes they have a spaghetti pizza, and I would really like to try it!"

"Servers on the Burger line were somewhat aggressive and expect you to know the ordering process. You are also fast to grab your dirty plate before you barley finish your bite. That said, this is a local college going to see with a decent selection and decent prices. Remember, there are a dozen other food choices in the same block."
