"We came all the way to Bolton for this steak as we use to come many years ago and the steak use to be fantastic!…. Today we wanted to enjoy the experience again but let down was an understatement!! I’ve NEVER in my life had a steak that’s classed as ‘HOT’ taste sweet! Why ask what spice level we want when your steak is bland in spices? Not even the slightest hint of spice. It didn’t even have hot sauce on the top and it wasn’t even cooked in hot sauce. They drizzled that horrible ketchup on top making it just taste even worse!!! It’s like they rushed it and got us out of the door! When we use to come the steak was cooked with green chillis in a hot spicy sauce and onions. I don’t know what this guy tried serving us today but this was the last time I’ll be travelling over 25 miles for this! Major let down! The steak tasted so salty it was so disappointing! It’s a shame many businesses start off so so well and then let their standards slip and end up with what we had today! Better places closer to my home but me and my family had good memories of this place. Won’t be visiting again and I’d not recommend to any of my family or friends or even people reading my review. Save your money and go somewhere else."
