"Went there with family yesterday and ordered 2x omelette with paratha and 1 full English with karak chai. The parathas and omelette were absolutely amazing, full of flavour. The place it little unconventional so don't expect high St. Levels of customer service and decor. The food is amazing and the chef is absolutely incredible. We asked for some pickle and he gave the most amazing home made pickle (which is not on the menu). He even packed some for us to take back. This chef is an absolute gem. Needless to say I'll be going back here to eat. Key takeaways: 1. Food takes some time to come so either ring up in advance or b eprepared to wait 20-25 mins. 2. You can also order a collection over the phone. 3. Go for paratha/omelette Instead of full English at this place. 4. Karak chai comes in a massive portion so order less. Hope this helps."

"We went there for quick luch today. They do the best Aaloo parotha (potatoe stuffed in roti). Place is nice and clean. Its a family run business, bit slow and inside the restaurant its very very cold. They dont have any heaters at all for their customers. We ordered Indian ginger tea which got cold within minutes. When we placed our eat in order, we ordered a take away at the same time. After finishing our meal and tea, we waited 30 minutes for our take away and everytime we ask how long, the old man comes and says 2 mins then after 10 mins he says 2 mins which took 30 mins."

"Visited last night with family and it was brilliant service, brilliant food, reasonable pricing on food and drinks! We didn’t think much to the live music that was on but that’s personal taste! The rest of the restaurant seemed to enjoy it as did my...grandma! This is the 3rd or 4th time we have visited first time we have visited when live music has been on though! In October we held a family party there to celebrate a special birthday! They couldn’t do enough for us and made sure everything was running how we wanted! We came up with a menu and this was served on a buffet style with kids food served too for the kids! Definitely will be visiting again for meals and holding parties! Great restaurant serving Indian veg and non veg food!"

"You cannot fault Mithaas. The food is consistently brilliant and is such good value for the amount that you get and how tasty it is! There are a lot of different dishes on the menu and they are all unique and cooked to perfection. I have not found the quality of the curry sauces, the parathas and the chilli paneer (and chilli mushrooms! replicated anywhere else. It’s family run by really nice people who invest in the restaurant to keep it modern and clean. I like the big window looking over the passing street scene. They make their own sweets and you can take curries away too. Thoroughly recommend. Keep up the good work Mithaas!!!"
