"Had Thanksgiving brunch, which we’ve done on and off for years. Sometimes with family, sometimes just the two of us. Hotel looked lovely. Greeted by friendly, happy people. Live music in the lobby and a nice assortment of breakfast, traditional thanksgiving and salads, snacks and dessert. Our main server was James, assisted by a few other pleasant and attentive employees. A few things missing from pre COVID such as crab claws and huge ice sculpture, but we were just glad to be there and thought the team did a great job in every way. A little pricey at just under $200 before tip. But felt very welcoming and festive. Other patrons were also on good behavior and we had not one complaint. Thank you and good job Melrose Thanksgiving crew"

"If I could give negative stars, I would!! They stole money and gave it to a system they don't use anymore. Your website ordering system uses menu star, but if you go to get your order they? You don't have it. When I tried to get my order, the wife AND husband was extremely rude and laughed at me. The woman asked me to see my phone so she could see my order intake I gave her, she had no gloves. Then she looked at her own phone, she had no gloves. She said she didn't see my order and called the manager. She didn't wash her hands or dressed gloves or used hand-sanitary. She immediately went back to treat food. Whatever you do, do NOT buy food from this place. You can steal from you and your food will have germs and be contaminated."

"If you want drinks and appetizers this is the place to go. Wife and I had some old fashioneds which were much better than many places in Dallas. Brussels sprouts and cauliflower were excellent. The entrees were a different story. Chicken and steak wereboth way over cooked. Chicken was cold and steak lacked flavor."

"The ambience of the hotel has a feel of classic upscale New York that carries over to this restaurant. I've received old-fashioned doorman style service from valets, hosts, and servers consistently. I personally love the quiet charm. I think the validated valet is new--it was nice going for a great meal and not have to park down the street. The food is great to extraordinary, well-timed and over-portioned. Thank goodness for takeout. The Black Angus ribeye was truly memorable, and the Roasted Yellow Tomato Bisque is still the best I've ever had. From the crab cakes to the ricotta cake, The Landmark makes an excellent date night dinner destination."
