"DO NOT order directly from Giardino's website always use Uber Eats. I waited OVER an hour for one bowl. Then, the Uber person they finally got to bring me my order, couldn't find my building and blamed me for it. Utterly ridiculous. Giardino's isn't exactly reasonably priced for their food they need a better ordering system if they can't do that, then take that option off their website and only tell people to use Uber Eats."

"Fearable service with great attitude of workers and no other customers were in there. I just wanted a sample of soup and after tasting I bought it. If it wasn't because I starved, I would have gone out and had business elsewhere. After my receipt was Sarai. I understand that people have bad days, but don't take it when paying customers. So disappointed and will never return."

"It was Bastille Day and we read on Miami New Times that they were having a show with live music and free champagne. Got there and none of that. Just table was occupied besides the one we got. Since we were already there we decided to stay thinking they maybe had a good dinner menu given the day, but they didn’t. Against my better judgement we spent on a full dinner service and none of us really liked the food. Escargot was salty, onion soup was the best thing I had. I ordered their special of the day that was a ribeye and it was very mediocre. My husband had the salmon with lentils. Meh. My sister had the other special of the day that was sole fish with veggies and potatoes. Such a small portion of fish and veggies and potatoes for The place is decorated nice so at least the ambiance was nice but the AC doesn’t work very well and in summer in Miami you can’t do without that. The lady that served us was very nice. We were very disappointed with the experience overall and it sucks to go out for a nice evening dinner with certain expectations of food and entertainment and not get either"
