"My family and I will never go back again. Placed an order on December 24,2021 for 2 large chz steaks with light raw onions and hot peppers and a large chz fry, went to pick our order up they made 2 large chz pizzas with raw onions and peppers we said we didn’t order that they were very rude and said “we read it back to you” they didnt read back 2 large pizzas back to us. Well they said they would make us our steaks asked if we wanted sauce my husband said no,we waited they were done In 2 mins literally, left with our food to get home and they were wrong they had fried onions a lot) and like no hot peppers with sauce, We called and told them the problem they said to us “ the best we can do is for us to hold on to the chz steaks and bring them back in to them on Sunday and we will credit you for our food. We hung up.You have got to be kidding me. They didn’t mess up our order 1 but 2 times. On top of that person said to the girl who took our order that the pizzas they made were on her. The people there are very rude and very snobby. I used to love going there. Never again will we go back there."

"Usually this place is good but tonight I ordered a cheesesteak with onions. I got a cheesesteak hoagie instead. Yuck. Who wants Mayo and tomato?s on a cheesesteak. I sure don?t. Nothing turns my stomach like hot Mayo. It?ll be a long time before I go back if ever. It shouldn?t be that hard to take a sandwich order over the phone but more and more places seem to have trouble with this simple task."
