"Terrible food, absolutely no pride from the cook. Pizza is the most basic process, and it was the worst I've ever seen or had. They put WAY too much sauce, and cheese was not even placed on the whole pizza, just the center. Also ordered shells, and they were dry and overcooked. Maybe they have to set a better cook, but the problems were not isolated to just eat. We waited 38 minutes after we sat to get a server and ask for our beverage order. Immediately after that, the manager (at least she seemed) also asked about our beverage order, as she noticed that we have upset. I have mentioned that this is unacceptable, and she has just apologized and said that it is better to come during our lunchtime and also mention that it is always crazy about dinner time. It was 5:12 when we arrived, so a little early for dinner."

"THE BEST MEETING ROOM VENUE ITALIAN FOOD IN TOWN!! I recently held a business lunch in the meeting room, which was a great decor and spacious. George, the manager/owner was very professional and helpful with coordinating the order of such a large group and always checked to see if there is still something we needed. The deposit to hold the room was extremely reasonable. Our assigned waitress, I want to say that they are customer service specialists, David Marcus. They were so attentive, professional and devoted more experience to the food in the restaurant. The big hits were the Fatuccini Alfredo with chicken. I ordered the Chicken Florentine to go and it was spectacular. The waiter served during the presentation of the meal and was so smooth and quiet, there were no disturbances. I am generally afraid of the level of service we receive from a venue, and that has not even crossed my mind knowing that George, David Marcus were so committed to providing the highest level of customer service. I highly recommend eating at this place and keeping a lunch or an event is perfect. The only proposal is a projector, no need for a screen, you can project directly on the wall. If you present, bring a wireless microphone in case of a loud lunch or dinner amount."

"I went two years ago and I remember the food wasn't bad. Pretty good for American Italian food. What I really didn't understand was I ordered eggplant parmesan and it was pretty expensive but instead of getting all eggplant they assumed for some reason I would be okay with a random giant piece of chicken on the same plate. Not very cool when you're vegetarian and being forced to pay a pretty penny for food you can't even eat. Just seemed wasteful to me. The wait staff was pretty busy so I couldn't get rid of it and by the time I was finally able to leave I gave up. Maybe they don't have confidence in their eggplant or they think they're hooking you up but for me it wasn't the case."

"The first time here and it was great! I didn't find a winged place I liked so far. have their heavenly chipotle wing and garlic parmesan with a large salat as well as their chorizo queso. her salsa was amazing! Sierra was our server and she had a great customer service. we will definitely return."

"Been there a few times and for the most part its been great. The food is awesome the drinks are yummy. I am however dissappointed that they never have things calamari..churros..cheese for nschos..sometimes meats. This last time they had a long list of menu items they didnot have in stock. It took orders forever to get to our table refills too forever.although the wait staff was pleasant they were extremely slow to service tables. Managers should be on top of food supply orders . customers should not have to be given a long list of thing they do not have makes people not want to return. The artichoke dip was cold and motzerrela sticks were room temp which means they sat in the back to long before being served very conflicted i think there needs to be some undercover boss in this location to. Fix the problem"
