"The only reason I give this load 2 stars is because it refunds my money! I will never order from here again! they almost made my whole order wrong. no big thing, I'm gonna call and fix it, not! instead I'm gonna call buddy and say I didn't order what I ordered. I'm asking for a manager and I have to argue with the kid on the phone, he said he'd hang up so I told him I was up there if he didn't put a manager on the phone. So he's got up! I jumped into my car flew up there and demanded my money back! the whole thing could have been avoided by making my order right! apologize for the wrong one and make it right! we would have waited again, even after an hour for our food! this is actually the second time in a row the order was wrong, but they did it right! the disrespect of 1 young children caused dominos to lose this customer forever!"

"Ordered 2 footlong subs and provided a coupon. Was told the coupon is not acceptable here, however used it before. They told me they'd give me 15% off. Bill totalled 20.61. I only had a 20 because I thought I was going to get one free with the coupon. They wouldn't eat the .61, so I walked and they were stuck with 2 footlong subs. Dumb people. They then ate 20.61 worth of food.I did not call your employees names or insult them. Just stating a fact on what a dumb move losing 20 worth of business. I will frequent the other Subway in Cottage Grove from now on."
