"We are from out of town, but love Italian food. When I googled restaurants this place came up first. First of all, I tried to call numerous times from 7 8:30 to see if we needed reservations. The phone rang off the hook with no answer. We even wondered if they might be out of business. We took a chance and drove over there to find them open. It was about 8:45. The hostess said they turned the phone off because there were busy And didn't have time to answer. I had chicken Parm which was very good. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs. His portion was relatively small and the meatballs were hard. The garlic knots didn't taste homemade. Hardly any butter and garlic. The waitress was nice enough, but kind of abrupt and seemed to be in a hurry. We had the chocolate bombs for dessert which were phenomenal! Overall just OK. Probably won't return."

"It was great! Only complaint was on my brothers behalf. He ordered the special bbq pork pizza. It was great, but some bones in the pork were missed and ended up on the pizza."

"We had a really good experience in these ocharleys. our server was maggie b and she was very polite and stayed up with our refills and all request! the manager was also sweet, but I didn't get her name. the only problem was the parmesan chicken. it was the sauce. it was really dark and just terrible. do not order it, it is not worth trying. all we ordered was great. the afteros were great. thanks for the great service maggie manager!"

"This is the fourth time in a row I've ordered from this place and they messed up my order. I specified to keep my fries separate and they still put them with my chicken. Also when I specified to keep my chicken separate and they confirmed they will with wax paper, it's all in a pile. No idea which flavor was what? No one was happy. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner"

"I ordered delivery, it never came. I called the store. Chris said the order had been delivered 5 minutes earlier. Had i checked my porch. I said yes, i had checked. I was frustrated because i dont walk well. They offered that i could get a refund or a pizza delivered in about an hour. I really wanted pizza so i offered to pick it up if they could bring it out to my car because my walking is bad. They stated they could definitely bring it out. I arrived and waited. They saw i had pulled up. I called inside. They answered the phone and then hung up several times. Then the answered finally. They said i should come in and pick it up. I was in tears, but i drug my bad leg to the door. I asked if my pizza was ready,as i hung on to the door frame. They said yes , come in. I told them i was barely able to walk. I was going back to my car. I asked, how could they be so cruel. By then i was crying very hard. A young man placed my pizza in my car. He said he didnt know why i was crying. I said because i hurt very badly. I asked what his name was. He said Chris. I paid in advance with a delivery charge and a tip. I would have given 0 stars but that isnt possible."
