"I stopped in on Tuesday, November 4, 2019 for the very first time. I stood in line for quite a while with only 1 customer in front of me. The cashier (appears to also be the manager or owner} tried to ring up the customer 's order. The customer sounded like he was a regular. I say tried because the cashier was really struggling to get the customer 's reward number and not use his $10 credit that the customer specifically asked to not be used. This should have been my first clue to turn around and leave. The phone rang and the cashier answered and then put the caller on hold. I then placed my order and the cashier picked up the phone to take that person 's order. I stood there waiting for quite a long while just to get my receipt. I waited another 30 minutes for my 3 subs to be made. I ordered the Italian, Abruzzi, and Meatball subs. The cashier apologized a couple of times for the delay he said something about new people training and a bunch of orders got messed up. I had probably been at the store for a total of 35 40 minutes before I finally got my sandwiches. I checked the bag and sure enough 1 of the sandwiches was wrong. I had to wait another minute for the cashier (who was now making sandwiches) to come over and see what was wrong. Luckily for me, my meatball sub was sitting there on the counter so I didn 't need to wait for it to be made from scratch. I couldn 't believe after waiting all that time, they could still manage to screw things up. All 3 subs were very very good. I think even better than the Italian Store in Arlington, VA. I 'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the subs were the redeeming grace. This could have easily been a 4 star if, not 5 star review! Unfortunately, waiting 30 minutes for 3 subs is completely unacceptable. The weak apology and the excuses about training new people and mixing up orders doesn 't cut it. Other customers were also growing impatient as they waited for extended periods of time for their food. The cashier/manager/owner could have at least offered us a soda, or bag of chips, or side or something for the ridiculous wait. I 'd really like to go back, but I fear I 'll lose nearly another hour of my life. Subs are great, but don 't even bother going because of the stupidly bad service. This location shouldn 't even be in business if they can 't manage to do something as simple as making sub sandwiches."

"Yummy Food Options is the best way to explain Bob Evans. I had a cup of chili (which I took home for leftovers). The cup is much better than the bowl. Soups are only for a limited time. The Parmesan Grill Chicken Entree was delicious, but not enough chicken portion compared to the potatoes you get. Overall it was delicious! My husband had the tomatoes basil soup he enjoyed, and a fleshy burger. We also shared the Cinnabon Dessert, who was so delicious and worth it!! The service was fast and our server was so sweet! There are plenty of seats, we went on a Tuesday during 12:30. There are many ways to choose, but it is breakfast, lunch or dinner you will be sure to eat something delicious!"

"I'll answer the lady that asked why people are not crazy about this place. It's because the food is bad, it is an Italian imitation restaurant. We order Sicilian swordfish (Pesce spada alla ghiotta). Crust was burned, fish was dry, and the veggie included corn, celery, and carrots instead of capers, olives, and cherry tomato. More like Mexican fish, except it lacks any kind of flavor. Blend, dry, and inedible. My wife ordered Petto di Pollo alla Sorrentina. No San Marzano tomato nor fresh basil. Bland cooked chicken topped with tomato sauce and melted cheese, not sauted in wine. Utterly tasteless. Probably the worst Italian ever."

"We went on a Friday night so that the energy and noise levels were high. a few of the courts we wanted were sold out, so they're coming there early and don't miss them. eating is good and the experience is worth the trip"
