"I must say that we were pleasantly surprised. at the beginning, the entire plant is renovated and everything is in the disarray. there is currently only one handful of tables in the restaurant. the plans look very exciting and I understand it should be open in a few months. back to eat. the hot brown was excellent and the berkshire pork chop was really good with apples, fingering kartoffels and a pickled cabbage plate. the menu is a little small, but everyone around us seemed to comment on the high quality of food."

"In the area from out of state. Found Nick Ryan 's had good reviews and gave it a try. Had the 'Local Smoked BBQ Pork Butt '. Very good. Would recommend! Nice, small restaurant with good atmosphere. Staff was very good."

"We had a great time selecting craft cocktails with Truman. He took great care of us and the Halibut was the highlight of the meal. Avoid the potatos au gratin (I've had better) but overall the meal was great."

"Not good enough to become a regular.... Had the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Was hoping for layers of good Cajun spices but instead had a mild heat with not much flavor. Chicken was ample enough but by itself was dry and tasteless and probably precooked and refrigerated earlier in the day.<br/ <br/ French onion soup was okay but a little over done with maybe oregano. Bourbon sliced pork sandwich was good.<br/ <br/ Server was attentive but neglected to say there was a $2 up charge for substituting french onion soup for the fries."

"Absolutely the best food and friendly service of almost any restaurant! my son has the cancer and the shrimp glue. it was a lot of food, plus two sides. my man got a huge dish of garnel and gänsen, which were incredibly tasteful. there was enough for two meals. I have the scallops with salate and okra. so good! the salad was so fresh and also a good size. we have chesapeake oysters and fried banana rings for starters and it was more than enough that three of us share. we look forward to a visit next time in lexington!"
