"My wife and I had dinner last Sat evening. The food was fine but nothing to rave about. The service and ambiance were ok. We have been to an Italian restaurant nearby where everything was excellent. We did like the rustic look of the place but apart from that...everything was average for the price we paid."

"Went there a while ago. Had the carpaccio, the ragu and panna cotta. Carpaccio was nice and light. Papadelle was proper all dente (what you want in pasta) but not much duck in the ragu. The panna cotta with the chocolate syrup was probably the best even tho the syrup made it a bit on the sweet side. Overall I enjoyed my evening there and since most, probably not all, of the pasta is freshly made, which should be commended."

"What’s not to love about Kurtosh? Lots of choices, great classics and some interesting combos, plus you can get whatever size cut you want, which makes it great to sample a number of different options. Of the items we had, the espresso butter almond chocolate roulade was definitely the winner. It was pretty busy on Sat night, so you’ll have to be patient to wait for a table."

"Me and my partner came here on the weekend very cozy and convenient place to get too. I had the French toast and my partner had the pancakes. The food was very tasty and satisfy . It was our first time going out after the lockdown and it was so good to eat out again."

"My friend has heard positive reviews of Toki, so we decided to give him a go. It was much smaller than I imagined (about the size of a room), but I think the saying "Good things come in small packages," is true because Wow. Everything about this place from the service to the food was amazing. We went to a group of 3 and decided to order the "Funghi" as an entree. Since this entree came only with 2 portions, the waitress was enough to give us 3 portions. I am not a fan of Parmesan cheese, so you were more than happy to remove Parmesan out of my piece. Best degay I've ever had! The mushrooms were cooked to perfection and beautifully cut. The garlic taste was incredible. At this point I had extremely high expectations on the net. Once again, the waitress was extremely recommended and allowed me to have my pasta without chili (which was in the menu), she has also made the effort to ask me if I did not want Parmesan cheese on my pasta ... <a class="wead-more" href="#"> read more </a>"

"It's easy to understand the long wait times for a table when you've had the food at Nomad.<br/ <br/ We dropped by on a recent trip to Sydney on a busy Friday night with no booking. We were told the wait would be 45 minutes, but given we had nowhere else to go, decided to wait it out.<br/ <br/ The kingfish ceviche was easily the standout dish. Perfectly cured kingfish laced amongst silky avocado and paired with a crunchy cracker this was a great opener for the rest of the evening. The BBQ king prawns had a great salsa Verde that helped to cut through the smokiness. As expected, the smoked beef cheeks were very tender, though the fennel and capers were a little too sour for our liking.<br/ <br/ The presentation of the tiramisu was very clever. A large biscuit topper which upon cracking revealed a silky cream layer underneath. Points for creativity!!<br/ <br/ Overall, Nomad is worth a visit for those more fancier date nights!!<br/ <br/ Tastiness: 4.5/5<br/ Value: 4/5<br/ Satisfaction: 4.5/5<br/ <br/ Pictured:<br/ Sydney Rock Oysters<br/ Smoked mushroom bone marrow empanada<br/ Kingfish ceviche<br/ BBQ king prawns<br/ Smoked beef cheek<br/ Turkish coffee tiramisu"

"Really enjoyed all the courses we had at 3 pm. Highly recommend the calamari and pop prawns. The beef pasta dish was delightful, the snapper delicious, but not unique in any way. Philip and the other staff were friendly and welcoming, very attentive. We would not hesitate to return as it was a god experience and tasty food. Prosecco was great and their espresso martini made with love by the gorgeous bar man."

"You are lucky if your a local as you can easily head to this cool restaurant / bar every week. Its stylish but neighbourly, buzzy yet can be romantic. Cosy up at the bar or for a quick bite, or get a table &amp; enjoy a leisurely meal with friends. Its spacious you can even take your kids there. The staff is helpful &amp; there are plenty of good Italian wine to try by the glass. Food is classics with a modern twist &amp; all are hearty &amp; delicious. I found it to be a little heavy for my tastes but thats just personal preference as it is evident that good quality &amp; cooking have gone into the dishes. All the fried starters are delicious, addictive &amp; perfect appetisers with your glass of vino."
