"Rang ahead to make a booking and to start things off they mucked that up completely and were very rude about it as if it was a real imposition even though the restaurant was almost empty (I am not surprised). Very poor service throughout the meal - not once were we asked how was your entree/main or would you like some more wine or water or coffee etc etc. Seafood was terribly overlooked to the point it was inedible, chicken was well overdone and bone dry and chewy with a milky tasteless sauce, pasta was all butter and void of any taste. Cannelloni was good no complaints. For an expensive a la crate dining experience it's best to choose any number of restaurants in the near vicinity as the food was completely mediocre at best and very poor service from start to finish particularly given it is far from cheap. On paying our bill there was still no mention of how was your meal or thank you for coming hopefully see you next time. Cross this restaurant off your list as we will definitely not be returning or recommending it to any family, friends or even enemies. All things considered a very disappointing experience!!"

"I had a craving for Greek food last weekend, and there aren’t many Greek restaurants in Wollongong. I hadn’t tried Litani’s before but decided to give them a try for dinner. Booking a table for 8 people (2 families by telephone, the staff on the...phone were very friendly and helpful, and could accommodate us at the time we wanted. Unlike other restaurants which are pushing diners into arriving/departing at various sittings – Litani’s still operates conventionally and allows you to dine at your chosen time and doesn’t rush you out. The food was excellent (the platters , and there were a couple of kids meals available too. The service was great and there was a good range of drinks available. My wife and I shared the Litanis for 2 platter and it was huge and very delicious (too much food for 2! . All of us (including the kids enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was nice and the dishes that the other tables ordered also looked great. The prices were affordable. The I look forward to visiting Litani’s again and trying some more of the dishes on offer. Highly recommended!"

"Beautifully attentive friendly service team. We were treated like friends from the moment we walked in to the time we left. Elegant, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with gorgeous views. And the food!! Amazing. Hands down some of the best seafood that I have had since immigrating to this beautiful country 12 years ago. I tip my hat to the chef(s). The food was cooked to perfection. Fresh seafood , deliciously prepared and beautifully displayed (while it lasted, which wasn’t for long)! I (we) will definitely be back."
