"There's a half a pound of beef on the beef sandwich for $13. There's a beef and sausage combo sandwich for $12, when I asked how much beef was on the combo she said a half a pound. I had to question her several times because it didn't make sense to have the same amount of beef plus a piece of sausage for a dollar less than the beef sandwich. Finally another employee piped in and said there was a quarter pound of beef on the sandwich plus the sausage. I ended up ordering the combo sandwich. It was good but nothing to write home about and certainly not anywhere is good as the beef and sausage combo sandwiches you get in Chicago, but then again... I'm not in Chicago so I guess I have to deal with it."

"Very accommodating for vegetarians! I kept thinking, when you 're here, you 're family because I felt like I was dining at someone 's home rather than a restaurant. The service was stellar and our server was clearly happy with his job. He made us feel very welcome. The food was so delicious! They didn 't use cheap olive oil with the bread and our manicotti was baked to perfection. I can 't wait to go back for some more of those hand-rolled manicotti!!!"

"One of my favorite low key spots but this time for some reason we waited over an hour for apps and a lot longer for mains, people came in well after us and got all of their food before we even got appetizers and there was a point where every table was finished with their meals and we still sat waiting despite more than half those tables being seated well after us. I will go back b/c normally I really like this place but the ice is thin now"
