"The service is slow, snobby, and really bad,you had to call the waiters 5 times till they came once, after which they let us wait 20 minutes, until they took our orders, after which it took them more than an hour to bring part of the food, like salad with no main dish, or the sauce with no main dish, etc, they forgot about 5 orders and never brought them, but still put it on the bill... P.S they only speak Italian, not a iota of English"
