"I was a regular visitor to both the Hortus Restaurant and the Garum Restaurant where I always ate very well. I decided therefore to organize a ceremony with about 70 guests at the Restaurant Hortus. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Aperitif served in the garden area very poor despite having asked several times to serve something extra. Some fried, some olives and some drinks, certainly not up to a restaurant famous as this led by chef Lenti. Antipasto with bass ham served with some tartina made with the pan carré of the supermarket!! That was certainly not what I was expected and I had tasted. The first were served almost cold. In the media, nothing special. Sienese cinta fillet in really disappointing crust. Dry and strawberry, crust of puff pastry. Some guests complained several times. I'm sorry chef Lenti but you have to pay more attention to customers! Of course you have lost a loyal customer! Good regards. Dr. G. Forcina"

"Family lunch, on Sunday the proposal is Puglia menu. And what menu... Slice (very good black pork salami slightly smoked) caciocavallo, first salt, burrata da urlo. Parmigiana of zucchini and baked pumpkin flower with scamorza and anchovies, very good (but off season, which I do not share). Homemade ears, with sauce of different meats that are then served at the center of the table, along with a horse meat to the very good grill. Spartan service, suitable place for children (there is a ludoteca, wanting) large parking, quiet place. Move!"
