"We had a fantastic meal before a show at the Blue Note. The staff are incredibly outgoing and very helpful. And the wine staff really know their products. We shared a nightly special (as an appetizer) raviolo as with shaved white truffles and it was as good a dish as I’ve had in an Italian restaurant. My pappardelle bolognese was decent but the other dishes were much better, like the lamb chops and lobster with pasta. We truly enjoyed our experience at Maialino."

"Great spot for brunch with covered outdoor seating. The pancakes were delicious. The salmon breakfast was good but nothing too special. I was impressed by the amount of lox included. Will definitely be back to try out their dinner options!"

"We had a great time on the River Crab on July 4th. The weather was spectacular and we decided to sit outside. It was perfect - the yellow umbrellas and the blue sky and water made a calm environment. Our waitress was attentive and met all of our needs. The food was excellent and we hated to go. We will definitely be back and I got the word out about this place. Watching the boats on the water is a huge plus. We hope that we can now return to a sailboat ride and lunch that is offered during the week."

"What a gem! I rarely write reviews but this place deserves it. Tiny spot, easy to be overlooked up here in East Harlem. However, if you are into great service, perfectly prepared authentic Italian food, great wines and some jazz stop right here. Would be a success even in Roma, Venice or Milano. I had Caprese, Carbonara and a glas (well, actually two) of Montepulciano. Made my day. Glad that I found it. Gracie, Nocciola."

"This is such a beautiful, intimate and well-maintained restaurant, we sat outside on the street, as it was warm outside and the staff was so attentive, though it was busy, and the lights outside looked really good. We will definitely visit here again. 100% recommended. Amazing selection of wines. Some of the best praisers Ravioli. Five stars. Thank you for having us."
