"My husband and I arrived at 8:30pm and was greeted by a cheerful member of staff and offered us a nice table. I expected the main restaurant at Sofitel to be more high end since it is within a 5* hotel, but it is actually quite casual with no dress code.<br>

We ordered half a dozen of oysters to share, for mains we had duck breast and tenderloin from the grill. No meal is complete without dessert, I came here for the soufflé however they changed the menu and no longer offers it, so we ordered Mont Blanc.<br>

Comments: Good flavour, but temperature not cold enough, hope the raw salmon has not been sitting in room temperature.<br>

Rating: 6/10<br>
Comments: oysters lost moisture and surface turned matte, which had lost its shiny fresh look, obviously not freshly shucked. Still have strong flavour, again not cold enough.<br>
